Danaher Construction has grown rapidly and now occupies a significant position as a main contractor in the refurbishment and fit-outs of bars / nightclubs / restaurants and hotels. A key ingredient of the company’s success is its ability to integrate into the design a large number of expert suppliers while operating within significant technical constraints. Danaher has been the main contractor on some of the Capital’s land mark buildings such as House on Leeson Street and Xico in Baggot Street (formerly the Baggot Inn) .The former was entered for the Fit-Out Project of the Year-Leisure (Small) award in 2013.
